Step 3: Add your locations
Add your places one by one, with an image, address, rating and details.
Open the list that matches your marker type.
If you chose Standard
Open Locations and add one item per place.
Each location can have these fields:
Field | What it is for |

Title and Description | The name and short text in the popup and sidebar card |
Latitude and Longitude | Where the marker sits (decimals or degrees and minutes) |
Marker icon | A built-in pin or your own marker image |
Label | The small badge shown in the popup, for example "Restaurant" (Standard markers) |
Image | The photo in the popup and on the sidebar card |
Address | Shown with a pin icon |
Rating | 0 to 5, shown as stars. 0 hides it |
Price | Shown in bold, for example $180/night |
Details | One detail per line, shown as typed |
Link | The target of the popup button |
If you chose Group
Open Categories & Locations. Create a category first (name, marker color or icon), then add its locations inside it.
Details field
Write one detail per line and MapFlow shows them exactly as typed. For a property you might write:
3 Beds
2 Baths
1,800 sq ft
Primary Location (optional)
A highlighted marker for something special, such as your head office. It opens the same popup.
Tip: Locations with missing or invalid coordinates are skipped, so one mistake never breaks the map.
